The pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuum generator to realize the transportation of materials. It does not require a mechanical vacuum pump.
It has simple structure, small volume, maintenance-free, low noise, convenient control, elimination of static electricity and compliance with GMP requirements and other advantages. The high vacuum generated by the vacuum generator prevents the material being transported from stratification and ensures the uniformity of the composition of the mixture. It is a tablet press，a capsule filling machine,a dry granular, a packaging machine, a pulverizer, and a vibrating screen. The preferred equipment for mechanical automatic feeding.When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a vacuum air flow, and the material is sucked into the suction nozzle, and the resulting air flow passes through the suction pipe to the silo of the feeder. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is filled into the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air source,the vacuum generator will stop working, and the silo door will open automatically and the material will fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time,compressed air passes through the pulse; the middle blow back valve automatically cleans the filter.When the time is up or the material level sensor sends out the feeding signal, the feeding machine will be started automatically.
