We strive to display the specifications of our machinery accurately. However, as we are constantly innovating our European-engineered solutions:

• We reserve the right to modify technical specifications, designs, and materials without prior notice to improve performance.
• Customized equipment (OEM/ODM) specifications will be defined strictly in the specific purchase contract or technical agreement.
• Images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final manufactured product due to configuration differences.

For all B2B machinery orders, a formal sales contract will supersede these general website terms. Generally:

• A deposit is required to initiate the production of your order.
• The balance is typically due prior to shipment or against the Bill of Lading, depending on agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).
• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and exclude taxes, duties, and installation costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Zinplow Machinery stands by the quality of our factory production with strict quality control.

In no event shall Zinplow Machinery be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our equipment.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including machinery designs, CAD drawings, and software interfaces) are and will remain the exclusive property of Zinplow Machinery Co., Ltd. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zinplow.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the People's Republic of China. Zinplow Machinery Co., Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Xinxiang, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
