By adopting state-of-the-art sealing technology across the entire workflow, the bulk powder handling system eliminates dust emission at every stage. The bulk bag discharger features a tight-sealing elastic hood and transparent PVC dust curtain to contain dust during unloading; while the U-shape screw conveyor prevent material leakage and dust generation during transportation. The bulk bag packaging machine integrates a sealed feeding interface and a centralized pulse dust collector. (with ≥99.9% filtration efficiency, compliant with Canada’s National Emission Standards for Particulate Matter) That recycles dust back to the system, ensuring both workplace air quality (≤0.15 mg/m³ of unorganized dust) and environmental compliance.
